We aim to create a small campsite on our croft that will have two camping pods, an amenity pod and space for tents to pitch. Our main aim is to provide a facility for cyclists using the Hebridean way. Cyclists and other tourists would not have to stay over night. they could make use of our barn to rest and dry out.
The barn will have heated airers, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a place to rest and get a hot drink, cooking facilities. The amenity pod will also provide showers and toilets for passing cyclists and bins to dispose of their rubbish. We also aim to offer a camping experience to youth groups for example 'Stradagn', the Gaidhlig youth club to enjoy a camping experience while improving on their oral Gaelic skills.
