The primary aim of this project is to appoint a Community Hub Manager to support the volunteer committee to deliver a wide range of key developments. The responsibilities are detailed in the project plan and in the milestone charts against which progress will be measured.


The post is dedicated to moving the Kinloch Historical Society towards sustainability, working with dedicated volunteers to deliver a welcoming community hub that meets the needs and aspirations of the Society and wider community. The project relates to the Old Balallan School which we purchased in 2014.


The project has been shaped using our experience in running the hub since purchase, coupled with input from relevant agencies and ongoing consultation with our members and the wider Kinloch community throughout the design phase.
